Hey, I’m Rachel - a qualified Massage Therapist & Facialist - the Founder of Rebalance.
I specialise in Lymphatic Drainage & Remedial Deep Tissue
As a therapist, my goal is to help calm your nervous system - creating an environment to reduce tension, ease pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural process of recovery
Having practised at the prestigious School of Natural Therapies, I have a deep appreciation for the positive impact massage can have on overall wellbeing

What is Chair Massage?
It’s a type of therapy performed whilst the client sits in a specially designed portable massage chair
The chair supports the head, arms & chest. It’s a great & accessible way of receiving a massage as you remain fully clothed throughout. It’s also easier for clients with mobility issues to access
The treatment typically lasts between 10 to 30 minutes - paying particular attention to the neck, shoulders, back, arms & hands - the areas where people tend to hold most of their tension
